President issues Credit Union Day greetings
President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush send best wishes to credit unions for International Credit Union Day 2007 (October 18).
In his letter, the President recognizes credit unions for playing “an important role in advancing prosperity and expanding opportunities for our citizens. These institutions build financial security, encourage social responsibility, and provide services to individuals in America and around the world.”
