With over $1.6 billion in assets, Tinker Federal Credit Union (Oklahoma City, OK) is seeking an EVP/Chief Operation Officer to lead the strategic operations that directly impact member service.
Ideal candidates will have a collaborative leadership style which embraces communication throughout the organization and fosters an environment that contributes to high member satisfaction, staff development and employee fulfillment while ensuring a compliant and financially healthy operation.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years senior level and cross-functional management and leadership experience (emphasis in branch operations and lending) within a financial institution, preferably a credit union, is required.
